Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Cosmic Kids. This policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled.


1. Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at support@cosmickids.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Returns (all reasons)

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Wrong size or change of mind

All returns must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition and packaging

3. Made-to-order items (important)

Many of our products are made to order.

Because of this:

  • Returns for change of mind or sizing are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend checking size guides before ordering

4. Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 30 days
  • Include photos of the issue

We will:

  • Replace the item free of charge, or
  • Issue a full refund, including shipping

5. Return shipping costs

  • For faulty or incorrect items → we cover return/replacement costs
  • For change-of-mind returns → customer pays return shipping

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.


6. EU/UK 14-day cooling-off rights

If your order is delivered to the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Shipping costs are:

  • Refunded for faulty items
  • Not refunded for change-of-mind returns

8. How to start a return

Email support@cosmickids.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • The correct return address

Please do not send items back without approval.


9. Non-returnable items

  • Personalised or custom products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Items returned used or not in original condition

10. Delivery issues

  • Lost orders must be reported within 30 days of estimated delivery
  • If tracking shows delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate
