Shipping Policy

Most Cosmic Kids merch is made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. This helps reduce waste and lets us offer more sizes and styles.

1) Processing (fulfilment) time

Orders are created after you purchase. Average fulfilment time is 2–5 business days before dispatch (not including shipping time). Some products or peak periods may take longer.

2) Shipping methods

  • We use fixed-rate Standard shipping for most orders.

  • Express shipping is only available for manual orders and stores that use live shipping rates.

  • Estimated delivery times also appear on Printful product pages (by selling region) and at checkout.

4) Split shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if it includes items fulfilled from different facilities. You’ll receive separate tracking for each parcel.


5) Order tracking

When an item ships, we’ll email a shipping confirmation with tracking. If your order ships in parts, you’ll get tracking for each part.

 

6) Shipping destinations

We currently ship to [list regions/countries]. Some products may be limited by facility or carrier. If we can’t ship to your address, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

 

7) Customs, duties & taxes

Orders may ship from various Printful facilities (e.g., UK/EU/US). Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply outside your customs area and are the customer’s responsibility, unless using a DDP method (where available).

 

8) Address accuracy, delivery issues & returns to sender

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a courier marks the address insufficient, the shipment returns to a Printful facility; reshipment costs may apply once we confirm an updated address. Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days. If a non-Printful return address is used, you’re responsible for handling that return.


9) Lost-in-transit claims

If your parcel seems lost, email support@cosmickids.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement.

 

10) “Delivered” but not received

If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive the package, please check safe places and neighbours, and contact the carrier. Where a carrier confirms delivery, we generally can’t reship or refund based solely on a missing-after-delivery claim, but we’ll do our best to help.

 

11) Pre-orders & backorders

If an item is marked pre-order or temporarily out of stock, we’ll display the expected ship window on the product page and in your confirmation email.

 

12) Holidays & peak periods

During peak seasons or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, customs delays), processing and shipping times may extend.
